Family Christmas Traditions:
They have so many that they have started over the years;
Elf on the Shelf, New PJ’s on Christmas Eve, makes new ornaments, creative craft with the kids, homemade cookies (Malted Chocolate Chip are Santa’s Favorite), A new Christmas excursion every year, driving or walking around looking at Christmas Lights, a trip to see Santa, decorate Gingerbread houses, and from her childhood The Christmas Village.
Team Real Tree or Team Fake Tree?
They were “Team Real Tree”, but they had a couple of bad trees that did not make the season., so now “Team Fake Tree” and you can have them up for longer.
Favorite Christmas Movie?
The Grinch (Newest One), Home Alone, and Christmas Vacation
What is a must at Christmas Dinner?
They always go to a Christmas Buffett at Sand Pearl for at least seven years in a row.

Christmas Family Traditions:
Everyone gets a new pair of Pajamas. Sometimes they match, sometimes they don’t. Also, going out to dinner on Christmas Eve (this year might be different).
Team Real Tree or Team Fake Tree?
Team Fake Tree, but would prefer and open to a real tree. However, fake trees are just easier, and Mama used to be allergic to real trees as a kid.

Mom: Elf!
Dad: Christmas Vacation!

Both: Dessert!

Mom: Throughout the Christmas Session.
Dad: A little bit before Christmas Eve, but not by much!

Christmas Family Traditions:
Decorating the tree and bake cookies. Also, Christmas Eve is centered around Polish Tradition because Tata (Dad) is Polish, and Christmas Day is centered around more American Traditions: Santa and opening presents. It is a mixture of both.
Team Real Tree vs. Team Fake Tree?
Team Fake Tree! Mama used cute down her Christmas Tree with her family from the forest (when she was a kid), but since moving to Florida she had to buy precut trees. When doing that she became allergic due to what they use to preserve them. However, they do get a real wreath though!
Favorite Christmas Movie?
Winner: Home alone & Runner up: The Grinch (Jim Carey Version)

Tata’s (Dad) Polish Tradition: Perogies, Sausage, Mashed Potatoes, Picked Herring, and Shots of Vodka (for the adults of course).

The shopping is done in the middle of the month.The tradition is all the presents get wrapped Christmas Eve, but trying to change this because of being up all night. However, if you wrap them earlier the kids peak at them.

“We go to the grandparents’ house.” On Christmas Eve they go to her sisters’ house, where they watch movies in their PJ’s and open up one gift. Then, they go to sleep, wake up, and open presents. Then, they go the grandparent’s house, and open presents over there.
