Mowgli (ARK of Tampa - "Clear the Shelter"

Hi Guys, I’m Mowgli

(you know, like the Jungle Book!) I am four and a half years young, and have a lot of love to give.

You may have noticed…

that my eyes are a little different, that is because they are special like me. I have limited sight out of my right eye and my left eye is totally fine.

That does not stop me…

from doing things dogs love to do. I love to go on car rides, give kisses, meet new people, get exercise and sniff stuff.

I can also see…

hand signals my foster parents give me, and follow them the majority of the time. I can sit, laydown, come, and go, to name a few.

The only thing is…

you have to make sure I am looking at you when giving them because I am also deaf. I am okay with it because it is something I have grown up with, but I might need things done differently.

Do things different…

will be fun, and to help with the change from average to awesome, I am very smart, attentive, and well behaved.

I would love my fur-ever family to be…

patient with me. I sometimes get anxious with change, and do best with a schedule. I need to be in a crate when you have to go out of the home.

I really want a home…

where I can relax, be myself, be loved for all of my special needs and to love on my human. I just need time, love, and patience, and I will be the best dog for you.
